𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐔𝐩 𝐀 $𝟏𝟎𝟎𝐦𝐦 𝐈𝐏𝐎 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂?

Paul Roberts is a serial entrepreneur who has most recently founded an adtech company called Kubient (kubient.com) that focuses on solving digital ad fraud.  

In the last two years Paul has taken his Kubient public on the Nasdaq in 2020 after only starting the company in 2017 raising $38,000,000 total.  He is currently the CEO and Chairman of the Board focused on identifying M&A opportunities.  (NASDAQ:KBNT)

Just last week, Paul and a team he assembled completed a $100mm IPO with a SPAC or blank check company called Signal Hill Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:SGHLU).  The focus of Signal Hill is to identify and acquire a company with an enterprise value of $400-700mm in the direct to consumer or digital enterprise verticals.
