Sam has had an extensive senior corporate career helping to scale the last company he worked in from €0.8b to more or less €6b in sales and has spent 15 years outside of the UK. He has since moved from the corporate world into the world of Entrepreneurship through acquisition being a co-founding partner of Advantos equity partners and the founder and CEO of Advantos HVAC Group where he has already completed the first acquisition. He loves working with and developing people as well as utilising his financial/strategic & commercial skills helping small businesses to prosper.
